SPL December 2018 rules:

December 2018 consists of 8 rounds and an additional one if need. Additional round is a tie-breaker only for the prize or 3 relegation places if these participants score equal points.
14 participants of Premier Division: @bartiemich, @pokal, @prates, @cayelispor53, @mashulkin, @baker-news, @kp33, @giornalista, @akarsufaruk, @davor27, @stanleyasokingz, @jsock, @voiceoff, @grof. They must confirm participation by sending a buy-in of 10 SCR.
14 participants of First Division: @alex3503, @racso87, @andreas-infos, @romcos, @ingiltere, @evladar, @gercekler, @barbadosso, @sambatt, @writingamigo, @sashank, @dexpartacus, @machupicchu, @raconfutbol. They must confirm participation by sending a buy-in of 5 SCR.
In Second division anyone can take part. You just need to send a buy-in of 1 SCR.
Participants can get up to10 points in every round. The total amount of points in seven rounds will determine the place in the standings.
Participants of Premier and First divisions who will occupy 12, 13 and 14 places will relegate to the lower division.
Participants of First and Second divisions who will occupy 1, 2 and 3 places will move to the upper division.
The prize pool of each division will consist of buy-ins and sponsorship pool. This amount will be divided in such shares: 1st place - 45%, 2nd - 25%, 3rd - 15%, 4th - 10%, 5th - 5%.
The sponsorship prize pool (220 SCR) will be divided into such shares: Premier - 70% from 180, First - 30% from 180, Second - 10 SCR.
The estimated prize pool for Premier Division: 277 SCR (13*10+210*70%).
The estimated prize pool for First Division: 113 SCR (10*5+210*30%).
The estimated prize pool for Second Division: not less 12 SCR (2*1+10).
The one who scores the most points in eight rounds of Premier Division will be announced the Champion. The champion will also get 124.65 SCR (277*45%), the second place - 69.25 SCR, the third place - 41.55 SCR, the fourth place - 27.7 SCR, the fifth place - 13.85 SCR.
The one who scores the most points in eight rounds of First Division will get 50.85 SCR (113*45%), the second place - 28.25 SCR, the third place - 16.95 SCR, the fourth place - 11.3 SCR, the fifth place - 5.65 SCR.
The one who scores the most points in eight rounds and participates in at least 4 rounds of Second Division will get not less 13 SCR.
