A lot of charlatans are on the loose these days parading themselves as self punters. They rob people by giving out fake fixed matches for a certain amount of money. People will fall and will continue to fall for it.

Now that the Scorum betting platform has been launched, some people will still fall for scam despite being warned. They will fall in the hands of phishers and scammers in their quest to win some SCR. This may sound like a joke to some of us but trust me, such a thing is inevitable on a platform like this. We just need to be keep our eyes open, sensitive and avoid being carried away by greed and unrealistic offers.

There's this telegram channel called OCEAN BETTING COMPANY. I stumbled upon it on a WhatsApp group and this triggered my suspicion. I checked the channel and observed they offer fixed matches for a certain amount for interested punters. These bad guys know how to play their cards well to attract greedy people.

I checked the channel's recent massages and saw how people were charged to get Tottenham Vs Chelsea correct score. After the game, those who paid for the correct score staked heavily on it but lost. The fake fixed match correct score was Tottenham 0 Chelsea 2 but we saw how Chelsea were disgraced yesterday 😁

I took my time to read some comments and I realized those who lost paid N10,000 ($27) for Chelsea's win 2-0 against Tottenham which never even ended as predicted. The funniest thing is that each time people lose the admins know how to sweet-talk losers and assure them of winning the next fixed match they're giving out for a subsidized rate.

Sometimes I ask myself "if I have access to fixed games of over 150odds, why do I need $5 from a stranger across the internet to enrich myself when I can stake at least $500 on it and be a millionaire. Think of it this way guys.

There are several ways people are being scammed. Scamming is not limited to fake fixed matches alone. It could be through phishing or other dubious ways but i know some people still turn dear ears pretending not to know that telegram channels are perfect places for full-time unfettered scamming.

So, guys! we need to be careful and watchful

A word is enough for the wise!

I drop my pen at this juncture

I don't know if this post makes sense at all
