The Uefa Champions league is back again and we saw Real Madrid survive a shock defeat at Santiago Bernabeu. They rallied back from 2-0 down to draw the match in questionable fashion.
A controversial Var call and red card to Club Brugge captain saw them draw the game.
Bayern Munich also recorded an outstanding victory over North London club Tottenham. They scored 7 in that match with former Arsenal man Serge Gnabry scoring a quartet. The defeat will surely put more pressure on Pochettino who has not been convincing so far this season.
There are some exciting matches today that I will give my opinions on them.
Lille Vs Chelsea
2 teams that lost their first Champions league game go head to head in what promise to be a great match. Chelsea suffered a shock loss to Valencia with Ross Barkley missing a late penalty that could have saw them draw the match. They go into this match with the hope of a victory. Lille are underdogs in this match and Chelsea should dominate easily. They recorded their first cleansheet of the season in their last league match against Brighton and will want to build on that. The game promise goals as Lille are doing fine in the league too.
They have scored at least 2 goals in all of their league home matches this season. Chelsea defense is not solid like that and they should concede at least a goal.
Over 2.5 goals at odds 1.84 on Betscorum looks good.
Barcelona Vs Inter Milan
Spanish giants face Serie A leaders Inter Milan in a must win game for both teams. Barcelona played out a 0-0 draw in their first match while Inter Milan could only play 1-1 with Slavia Prague. This is a chance for both teams to right their wrongs and take control of the group. Nobody want to miss out on the Uefa Champions league round of 16.
It's definitely going to be a great game for both teams and one that the fans will enjoy.
Barcelona have not been convincing in the league so far and they lie in 4th place. They have been conceding goals so far and this is a concern for them. They face Inter Milan that is yet to lose a match this season.
