Bangladesh Cricket Board spokesman Jalal Yunus said that most of the members of the party boarded the bus to go to the mosque. The attack occurred at the moment of entering the mosque.

Christchurch will be the third Test of Bangladesh New Zealand on Saturday in the Hagley Oval field.
