India's opener Prithvi Shaw started the innings along with KL.Rahul against west indies.within a few balls his partner got out & shaw started playing his innings without any kind of pressure & fear .

Later Pujara started contributing runs & they builded a strong partnership that helped shaw to gain confidence . He scored a century within 99 balls ( 13 boundaries ) played like a ODI. He is the 15th player to achieve this record .

Shaw is the fourth youngest to score a century in international Test debut.

Shaw holds record-breaking record :

For achieving this record even Master waited for 13 test matches to score debut century.Now shaw made it he scored his debut century in test match as well as in Ranji trophy . No other cricketer has his record.

After Master :

Prithvi Shaw is currently 18 years old scored century but Master made his century in India for 17 days and 107 days. Shaw was the second youngest to reach a century after Sachin.
