Seems like a lot of celebrities are now interested in eSports now.
Drake for example. Drake is a famous rapper. He first says he likes Fortnite, then he played Fortnite with one of the most popular players, Ninja. Scooter also, he is a entrepreneur. And now Drake and Scooter are investing in an eSports organization, 100 Thieves. Drake has worked with 100 Thieves in the past but that was for gaming stations for a tour of his. And now apparently Drake owns part of 100 thieves!
Drake and Scooter have joined 100 Thieves. They make a great addition to the team.
100 Thieves has gotten really popular within its first year as an esport organization. And 100 Thieves is going to continue to keep growing with the help of Drake and Scooter.
100 Thieves has dived into a couple of games in search for teams for them, like...
- Call of Duty
- Fortnite
- Clash Royale League
- League of Legends
- Etc
They have a League of Legends teams too they did super well in the North American League Championship Series in the beginning, but started to do not as well. Which landed them in third place, not bad. Though if they played just as good as they were in the beginning they would have for sure gotten first maybe second.
As popularity of eSport grows, eSports will grow too, attracting more people who might be interested in the eSports industry(A.K.A Celeberties).
