The Italian Grand Prix is the best moment to announce who will be driving the second Ferrari. However, the Maranello's team hasn't confirm anything yet.

When both Ferrari drivers were present on Thursday's press conference, the journalists filled the conference room to the last place. They were convinced that a new contract for Kimi Räikkönen will be officially confirmed. However, nothing like that has happened.

“I don't know. Obviously at some point, that’s for sure. Probably you can expect anything in (Formula 1). That’s what I have learned from the past, so we will see. I don’t know." -  said Finn asked about when there will be official announcement.

In recent years after long period of uncertainty he wasn't sure if he will receive any offer, eventually he had only annual contracts. He was on his way out of the F1 and he was about to be replaced by Charles Leclerc. It was proposed by concern's president Sergio Marchionne. Nevertheless due to his unexpected death, people who were more in favor of Räikkönen started to rule. Even though Finnish racing driver will be 40 years old next year, he said that he is still in good condition. He own the third place in the terms of points in Formula 1 but he has no guarantee for 2019 season.

Maybe one day I will wake up and this speed will not be suddenly. Now I still like racing " says Kimi.

Now it is loud about Räikkönen. One of the reason is that he published an autobiography in which he honestly talks about his alcohol spikes, including the story when he was drunk 16 days in a row, just before the Spanish Grand Prix, in which along with Lotus he stood on the podium.

I do not think any of these stories is a secret. I survived it, maybe it is something unusual for you - said Finn.

At the end he was asked an unusual question:

Kimi, I know you will not answer me, but I just want to see the look on your face. There was always an announcement of great things on Monza. So, should we expect anything?
You have to ask the team, it's not my decision - said Kimi.

And looking for a hint in his face expression had no chance of success. It is not without the reason that Räikkönen has the nickname "Iceman".
