Hi all,

As @plantstoplanks had mentioned in our previous video, abs are made in the kitchen, and therefore I need to make a change in my diet.

Since I am not good at balancing my meals, I asked my beautiful sister in law @angiec (on Steemit) for help! She's a personal trainer, a fitness coach and also studies sports nutrition.

She also happens to have the abs that I dream of, so she's definitely qualified to help me out here. When I asked her how she did it, she told me that of course she spends time in the gym every single day, but she's most of all very strict with herself in the kitchen.

My current weight is only 56kg for a height of 175 cm, but I need to lose some body fat in order to show a six-pack. You may think that it's scary that a skinny girl like me needs to lose body fat, but make no mistake, I'm a fake skinny. I do have a fair amount of fat in the belly region that I always felt self conscious about. It's genetic, and my mother has the exact same problem zone.

Now I have set my mind to finally losing it for good!

I'm officially saying good-bye to French fries, pizza, bread, fats like olive and coconut oil, and everything that is either high in carbs or fats and sugars for at least a few weeks. I never drink sodas and I don't have a sweet tooth, but this change means giving up wine and beer (yes, I'm crying a little bit right now!).

This is the start of a series of videos I am going to do with her, so stay tuned for more  about details our collaboration and my progress to get me totally shredded!

And please cross your fingers for me to be strong and stick to my new diet!
