Hello, lovely family of Scorum,

So today I will be sharing with you the second part of my old Instagram workout video.

We will be focusing on both our lower body and upper body as well. With this exercise, we will need only dumbbells to do it.

Each set of exercise should be done not less than 60seconds and can be repeated for more than 2 to 3 sets.

In case you feel any sharp pain when performing it please kindly stop, if not then go till you feel you can go anymore and that's when you will know you are through with that particular workout.
