Today we are going to focus on some of the easiest ways to burn fats in less than 2 minutes.

What are some of the ways to burn fats, today we will be looking at various types of jumping.

This exercise is to help improve your smartness and so on...

For an intensive outcome, 3 minutes each will be very effective and repeat 3 times. If it's your first time I will advise you to take it slow with a 1 minute start up then repeat for 3 times.
