Today we are focusing on stretching, the most important thing we need to do before any workout routine.
These are normal basics when it comes to stretching. Has time goes on we will go deeper into it and do more intense ones.
Most scorumians are now following my vlog fitness videos and I don't want to overstretch them with some of my workouts so I will be starting it in a more cordial way to meet the needs of all.
Each exercise can be done for 30 seconds or 1 minute depending on your strength and fitness.
Always remember to perform these tasks before any other thing else.
