Former Spanish champion Chávez Alonso has started a coaching career. He finished his first coaching course after completing the active play and joined the work of the Real Madrid Youth Academy, along with the legendary striker Raúl González. He will lead the team to 14 years at the "Royal Club".

36-year-old Chubi Alonso in his career was part of Real Sociedad, Eibar, Liverpool, Real Madrid and Bayern Munich. For the selection of Spain, he played 114 games and scored 16 goals.
