I promise to keep Scorum community posted with what is happening in the ongoing Nasarawa State U-13 football competition in my last post.

The high temperature (about 39°C) couldn't stop me from turning up for yesterday game as Stallions FC take on Jarme United.

The game kickoff at 3:00 pm (2:00 pm GMT) that's an hour behind schedule, because some of the players didn't return from school.

The first 10' of the game was more of defensive tactics from both team as they try not to absorb pressure.

Minutes later the Stallions just started mounting pressure on their opponent's defenders and causing the goalkeeper to give his best.

Players like Isa was busy pulling the shots at the Jarme United's keeper. Through out the first half it’s been all about the Stallions, but Jarme United try pulling one shot on target and winning 2 corners at end of first half.

The scoreline at half time was 0-0.

Stallions FC started the 2nd half with a superior attacking force as they reap the fruit of their hard work at the early hours of the 2nd half as Isa gave them the lead.

A few nervy moments for Stallions as Jarme's striker threatened their goal with balls into the box but no fruitful result as they try equalising.

Stallions became more frenetic 7 minutes into the end of the game as they score two quick goals to end Jarme United of any hope of getting a point from the game.

The game came to an end with a 3-0 win for Stallions FC.

Thank you for coming around and please don't forget to drop a comment.
