David Alaba's time at Bayern Munich is coming to an end. The two parties can not agree on a contract extension, and therefore it seems that the 28-year-old Austrian will find a club in January if the German big club is to make money from a sale of him. His contract expires this summer.

Spanish Real Madrid have long flirted with the versatile footballer, who can play up to several positions on the pitch, but now another big club is offering itself on the pitch. In Liverpool, manager Jürgen Klopp has told the club's management that they must not let go of the opportunity to sign with Alaba. That according to the Spanish media don Balon.

Liverpool have had a lot of injuries in their defense this season, which has meant lame results lately. The club has not won a Premier League match in over a month. Most recently, the club lost 3-2 to rivals Manchester United in the FA Cup. Klopp should therefore be very interested in picking up reinforcements for the defensive, so that the club does not fall off at the top of the table.

Alaba has recently said himself that he is still considering his future. The Austrian has been at Bayern Munich since 2010 and has reached 410 matches for the German giants.
