There is currently a threatening weather situation at Spain with intense snowstorm reported across the country.
Fixtures are expected to be cancelled by the La Liga federation as several flight disruption has been reportedly occuring for away teams.
Real Madrid were expected to travel to Pamplona this weekend but faced over five hours flight delay due to a huge snowstorm occuring in that part of the country.
The whites would later take off for Pamplona but were left disappointed the La Liga federation are allowing travels and fixtures hold this weekend amidst the bad weather conditions.
On the other hand, the whites have already underwent more than a week holiday and must be gearing to get back with competitive fixtures in order to avoid rusting in their bid to catch up and overtake current La Liga leaders Atletico Madrid who are currently leading with two points and two outstanding games. Further extension will undoubtedly not go well with the whites but they ought to respect weather conditions.
A field inspection is expected to go down at Pamplona today and it is very likely they would find it unworthy of hosting an encounter. Until then, the match between Osasuna and Real Madrid remains a probability.
