There are very few teams out there in football that are planning so well for tomorrow and Spanish team Real Madrid is just one of those teams.

In recent years, we have seen the team invest strictly and seriously on young and promising talents with the hope of continuously ruling football and staying recognized as the most successful club team in the future. However, seasons past, in the beginning of Florentino Perez’s secod tenure as President of Real Madrid it was a different story. Real Madrid was all about the “now” and after the “now” passes, they move onto the next “now” until they watched Johan Cryuff’s excellent Barcelona moulding rule Europe almost unchallenged for a short period of time before they hit a brick wall due to negligence and they appear to be all about the “now”.

Cryuff introduced a style of game very rare and instilled it in a group of young talents and they grew with that knowledge together and conquered with it together. In the case of Real Madrid, they might not have trailed the same path as Johan Cryuff’s Barcelona but they are investing in talents they see as the owners and rulers of football tomorrow. You will hardly find a bright prospect on the internet without seeing Real Madrid flirting around him. Over the years the club has had the luxury of investing in huge talents as such as Mesut Ozil, Angel Di’Maria, Isco Alarcon, Toni Kroos, Raphael Varane, Vinicius Junior, Rodrgo Goes, Takefusa Kubo, Luka Jovic, Ferland Mendy, Alvaro Odriozola, Dani Ceballos, James Rodriguez and so on. Even the mighty Cristiano Ronaldo and Karim Benzema were bought while in their early twenties and they both spent 9 good years at the club, enough time to amass huge and very important trophies.

There is a thing with young blood so many teams are failing to see. When you acquire a willing and determined young blood, you are rest assured of energy and time. They are always going to keep going and at that early age, you have still got time to nurture and improve them for your benefits and this is exactly why Real Madrid are stacking up youngsters from all over the world, bracing up for tomorrow with little attention to “now”.
