Where the match on Tuesday was an excellent example on how you don't want to go on big team favorites against the money, the match yesterday was a good example of how big away favorites in situations that feel like easy winners rarely work out. FC Oleksandria vs AA Gent

This match will be played in Lviv which is about 670km away from Oleksandrija so there likely will not be that many fans and the home advantage will be a lot less. Genk Striker Yaremchuch was once loaned to Oleksandria for half a season when he was 19 and played for Dinamo Kiev and says that the team can be compared to Antwerp having a physical style playing as a team. They are currently 4th in the Ukraine Premier League and took 16 points in 9 matches. AA Gent is still in a winning streak especially at home and should be the team with more quality tonight. The player base of Oleksandria is worth 11 Million compared to the 90 Million for AA Gent according to Transfermarkt.

So where does this leave me betting wise? AA Gent has shown to be very strong at home but hasn't always convinced on the road, so taking them as a -0.75 favorite pre-game without first seeing if they are up for it is not really something I'm willing to get myself into. They have however shown to be able to score goals fairly easy while also being vulnerable in defense at times. I took a small gamble on the Over 2.75 @ 2.14 taken at Sportmarket Pro and could not resist a tiny bet on AA Gent To Win & Both to Score @ 3.30.

Arsenal vs Standard

From what it looks like, Arsenal coach Unai Emery will very likely be rotating his team after the top match against Manchester United last Monday. Tierney and Bellerin who are back after a long injury can make minutes while some talented youngsters are also expected to start. Standard is still an all or nothing team and it's hard to tell in advance how they will perform especially in an away match where they usually play a lot less. Against Charleroi last weekend at home they played a 1-1 Draw and showed to have issues to create a lot of chances let alone finish them. Coach Preud'homme is known to adjust his team when playing against better opponents and I assume the priority will be on not getting behind. They managed to keep a clean sheet in their last 3 Europa League matches While Arsenal scored in all their matches this season. My lean is on the under and a narrow Arsenal win in the end. If Standard shows to be up for it tonight I might get tempted to back them not to lose the 1st half. For now No Pre-Game Bets
