Chelsea are set to play their second game in the Uefa Champions league against Juventus at the Allianz Stadium in Turin, but Chelsea will be missing one of their best players for the Champions League clash. This was stated by the club's German manager, Thomas Tuchel, at today's press conference.
N'Golo Kanté has been tested positive for coronavirus, and he has therefore not traveled with the team to Italy. He stays at home in London, where he must have time to recover. In addition to the Frenchman, Tuchel will also be without Reece James, Christian Pulisic and Mason Mount, who are all out due to injuries.
N'golo Kanté has played 224 games for Chelsea since moving from Leicester back in 2016. This season he has suffered some injuries and he his yet to play a full game. However, he has been on the field in six out of nine showdowns.
