Betting Tips : Written by @writingamigo

The odds for Chelsea - Man City match are quite normal and I cannot find anything extremely interesting, however, I would say Chelsea not to lose or even win might be a good shot. It doesn't make much sense looking at both teams' forms.

But every good streak has to end and I believe City's will end this weekend. It won't be an easy match for Guardiola's guys even tho Chelsea are not performing as they should.

I don't recommend betting huge on this bet tho, because it feels like bookies got their odds right this time.

CHELSEA vs MANCHESTER CITY PRE-MATCH ANALYSIS

Two English Premier league elephants will be up against each other tomorrow at Stamford Bridge, and as usual, it's the grass that will suffer. The questions that seem to be dominating the minda of football fans are whether Pep Guadiola will be leading The Citizens to pull down what is left of the bridge? You can call it the killer blow. Or Will Sarri fortify his walls, stand firm and defend the bridge from total breakdown?

Many may have written off Chelsea's possibility of winning the Premier league this season, but a win over City tomorrow may rewaken a lost hope from the abyss. The blues are matching blood for blood against Guadiola's men, who seem the favorites to win the league. However, Pep, from his days in Barcelona and Bayern, doesn't seem like a man who takes chances, and will go all the way to fight with his best swordsmen.

Maybe Sarri and his soldiers have lost grip on the title, but the battle to remain at the top four is non negotiable, and heads will roll if that is what it will take for Chelsea to remain there. With the likes of Liverpool, Tottenham and Arsenal all sniffing around for the same spot, it's a clear indication that tomorrow's game is a must win match. A little more slip or dropping of points could be dangerous, if they really wanna hang on.

STATS : Manchester City.

The English Premier league table sees Manchester city sitting comfortably at the top spot with 41 points from 15 games, just 2 points ahead of second place Liverpool (39 points). The Citizens have won 13 games and have settled for two draws so far this season. One can rightfully say they are still unbeaten in the Premier league. The team have scored 45 goals so far this season, with non of those goals coming from the spot kick, that's amazing!

Guadiola's soldiers have shown their dreadful attacking instincts with a total of 286 shots fired so far in the league, and 113 of those shots have been on target. Their conversion rate for me is commendable, and I will give them an ovation on a good day, hahaha... There have been a struck of hard luck on city, as they have seen their efforts hit the woodwork 10 times so far this season.

City's Last 5 Games In All Competitions.

Manchester city have won four of their last five outings in all competitions, and have settled for only one draw. That was against Lyon in a UEFA Champions League match that saw them play 2-2. City have scored Fourteen goals in those five games and conceded four. That's not a bad statistics for a team that looks forward to conquering Europe.

STATS: Chelsea

Sarri and his boys will sure be wondering how they got to where they are now, as they were once at the pinnacle of the league. In the Premier league, things happen so fast that even the gods can't keep tabs on them. The blues are seen standing (obviously can't be sitting) at the fourth place with 31 points from 15 games, just topping Arsenal (31 points) with goal difference. With only 9 wins to their name, they have been held to a draw 4 times and have been subjected to the chilly arms of defeat twice in the league.

Chelsea seem to have a lower goal scoring drive than City. The blues have scored 31 goals so far in the EPL, with three of those goals coming from the spot kick. Sarri's men have also fired 263 shots so far in the EPL, making them the second team with the highest shots after City. However, they have only managed to hit 85 of those shots on target. The woodwork have stood on their way 8 times to deny them of their goals, and am pretty sure they will be looking forward to be more clinical when the they host City at Stamford Bridge tomorrow.

Chelsea's Last 5 Games In All Competitions.

Chelsea's last five matches in all competitions isn't Worth an ovation, as they have only won two out of the five games. They have also lost two (to Tottenham and Wolves) , and have settled for one draw. The team have scored 10 goals in those five encounters, and have conceded 5 in the process. The Coach needs to tighten up the loosening nuts ahead of tomorrow's clash, if they must get a tangible result from City.

Chelsea vs Manchester City Last 5 Games.

In their last 5 encounters against each other, City have had a better outing. Winning 3 and losing 2 to Chelsea. The Citizens have also scored 6 goals and conceded 5 from Chelsea. So watch your back while placing your bets, it's not an easy game to predict its outcome.
