Good evening football lovers and welcome to another weekend of thrilling encounters across Europe's top leagues. With Watford ensuring that Liverpool suffers their first defeat of the season not too long ago, I will take us on a discussion of the big clash on Sunday between Carlo Ancelotti's Everton and Ole's Manchester United. The game which will be taking place at Goodison Park promises to be very interesting considering how both teams need this win to keep their hope of booking a spot in one of UEFA's competitions next season. Sunday's fixture will be the 203rd competitive match between both sides and Manchester United will be looking forward to extend their record advantage over Everton. The Red Devils have recorded 88 victory against Everton while Everton have 70 wins in those encounters. In their previous five meetings across all competitions, United have recorded three wins while Everton has one. United who have their eyes fixed on finishing top four are sitting in the 5th position behind an embattled Chelsea side.

With 41 points so far from 27 games, the reds can take their own destiny into their hands by coming out victorious tomorrow. Ole's side are currently on the rise with a sudden motivation which the arrival of Bruno Fernandez has brought to the team. Not too long ago, many of us would have thought Ole won't still be at Old trafford by this time of the season, but here he is rewriting the narratives and I'm pretty sure United board will be glad they exercised patience. With Ighalo obviously going to lead the attack tomorrow as injuries continue to keep Martial and Rashford at the sidelines. The Nigerian forward is eager to prove his mettle and his performance against Club Brudge which saw him net his first goal for United may have been a tip of the iceberg. But Ancelotti is coming to this game to show that what happened at the Emirates that saw his side beaten 3-2 by Arsenal was not a reflection of their real form. They may be sitting at the 11th position, but a win against United will go a long way to boost their morale towards a European spot.

My Prediction: Everton 1-2 Manchester United.

You can also bet against me on BETSCORUM where I placed 50 SCR on United to either win or draw this game.
