It has been filtered with a breakdown of € 150,000,000 per year of revenue that is expected at Real Madrid will generate the construction of the new Santiago Bernabéu Stadium.

Extension of the museum and tour of the Bernabéu: 25 millions.

New interactive Museum: 15 millions.

Events: 15 millions.

E-sports: 5 millions.

Electronic commerce: 25 millions.

Double screen: 25 millions.

Restoration: 20 millions.

New Adidas store: 22 millions.

Without further specifications by Real Madrid of what each section would consist of some pretty optimistic estimates. Let's see point by point.

Extension of the museum and Tour Bernabeu: 25 millions.

It has been estimated in 1 million more visitors a year thanks to the amplification of the Madrid museum. I think the estimates for this section can be realistic.

New interactive Museum:

It is a separate museum from the current one and that apparently would be paid separately. The price of the tickets is not known but we can estimate it with the current price of the Tour of the Bernabéu that also includes the visit to the museum. Now they are € 25 for adults and € 18 for children.

Let's put a low price, about 10€ per adult and 7€ per child. With these estimated prices two adults and two children visit both museums and the Tour would total a visit for 120€, an amount with which you can spend all day in a theme park or buy ten movie tickets. To reach the projected 15 million euros would have to convince more than one million people to make the additional outlay (the current tour is visited by 1.3 millions). For this section I see an optimistic estimate.

Events: 15 millions.

I guess "events" basically refers to concerts although the Bernabeu has never been famous for its acoustics, it may improve in this aspect with the roof closed. Also in "events" you can include other sports events. Currently, the bullring of Las Ventas generates something less than 7 millions per year for non-bullfighting events, and we know that it is a very busy venue. The Bernabéu would have to generate more than twice that amount to reach the goal set. For this section I see an optimistic estimate.

E-sports: 5 millions.

It is undoubtedly a booming sector, but we would have to see how the issue would develop. Currently the biggest event in the world is "The International", organized by Valve (the company that owns Steam) for its game Dota 2. The 2018 edition was held at the Rogers Arena in Vancouver, with a capacity for 18,000 spectators, and distributed 25 millions of dollars in prizes.

But even if the Bernabéu managed to capture one of these tournaments, how much would the organization exactly pay? Of course, they do not need a stadium with 80,000 seats. And would it be a sustained income annually? Keep in mind that these championships are always itinerant. Data is missing to know if the estimate is correct.

Electronic commerce: 25 millions.

Here I have no idea what they are referring to. The defining characteristic of this trade is that it is ... electronic, so a reform of the Bernabéu would have as much impact on sales as a remodeling of Amazon's headquarters in Seattle. Data is missing to know if the estimate is correct.

Double screen: 25 millions.

Neither much idea to what this section refers, I need more information about it. The "double screen" is the phenomenon of watching a program on television and commenting on it at the same time on social networks. This makes it reach more public and increase advertising revenue.

Although companies say that in this way has doubled the income of their programs in "prime time", I see a difficult application to football, and as in the previous case I do not know what would have to do with the expansion of the stadium. Madrid is already a highly commented team in social networks, why exactly would this activity increase after the reform, to generate no less than 25 million annually? For this section I see an optimistic estimate.

Restoration: 20 millions.

Excluding the premises of the Corner of the Bernabéu, at the moment there are four restaurants that share space with the stage, and that generate approximately 1.7 million annual. It is reasonable to think that the new megaterrace will be an attraction, but to the point of multiplying the business by more than 10? As I do not have more details, you may be including the consumptions of the game days, but still talk about a somewhat excessive volume.

Although the food and drink of the Bernabéu is not exactly cheap, I imagine that all the catering is subcontracted and that it has a low profit margin. For this section I see an optimistic estimate.

New Adidas store: 22 millions.

There are currently 18 Adidas-Real Madrid stores, which generate an annual net income of approximately 27 million. According to the projection, a single store in La Castellana will generate almost the same as 18 meetings ... For this section I see an optimistic estimate.

There is a lot of data and information to be specified but I suspect that these figures are very optimistic and I suppose that the figures are raw.
