Les Bleus made it to the final of the World Cup for the third time thanks to a 1-0 win over Belgium.

Hope the French national team re-enthroned at the top of the world increasingly blazes.

Les Bleus have now booked a place in the 2018 World Cup finals after silencing Belgium in the last four at the Krestovsky Stadium in Saint Petersburg on Wednesday (11/7).

A solid performance at the back of the line made France able to stem the potential of the Red Devils attack, and Samuel Umtiti's sole goal brought a minimalist victory enough to bring Didier Deschamps's squad with Croatia or England.

Despite losing well in the ball possession (only 36 percent versus 64 from opponents), France proved more bite to spread threats. Noted Antoine Griezmann et al. releasing a total of 19 shots, while Belgium were only allowed to do nine kicks.

Griezmann himself sent assists for Samuel Umtiti's decisive goal against Thibaut Courtois. From Griezmann's corner kick, the Barcelona defender snatched the ball with a sharp header that thrilled the Belgian nets.

A mere puppet goal early in the second half brought France through the third final in history. When calculated since 1998, the Rooster Team became the country most often reached the top party.

The Umtiti goal is the third of the defenders for France in Russia. This amount is equal to the statistics when Les Bleus appeared as champions two decades ago.

Will the champions back again dikecup France this year?
