Ernesto Valverde has included his new signing Kevin Prince-Boateng to the 19 man's squad which will be facing Girona today in the Spanish La Liga.
This will be his first Spanish La Liga game since joining the club just this past week after his first game against Sevilla in the first leg of their Copa del Rey quarter-final on Wednesday night which ended in a defeat to the Catalans by 2 - 0 defeat. Barcelona will be looking forward to the 2nd league with a winning mentality.
The team is currently on a winning streak of seven La Liga victories and they would love to keep it that way by winning in their game today to give them a solid lead as well.
They are currently leading five-point advantage over second place team Atletico Madrid due to their tremendous winning streak and with their form, they will be facing a Girona side who is on the 12th position on the La Liga table.
The Ghanaian international will feature in this game and a lot is expected of him since it's his first debut.
