Richard Boateng a player of Real Oviedo joined Alcorcón on a seasonal loan due to lack of play time with his main club so he had to join the fellow Segunda división side to help him top up his game and experience.

The two clubs have come to an agreement on the loan deal of the 26-year-old Ghanaian international by issuing a statement to confirm the agreement.

"Real Oviedo and player Richard Boateng have agreed, at the request of the player, his assignment to the AD Alcorcón until June 30." In addition, it is recalled that the Ghanaian media has a contract with the blue team until June 30, 2020.
Boateng said after joining the new side: "When I had the option to come here, I found it very interesting" and added that "the team is very well and has a project that I like to be part of it."

Boateng scored 1 goal in all 31 games for Union Deportiva Melilla which caught the eyes of Real Oviedo back in the day and gave him sign-up up.

With manager Antonio Anquela the 26 year old have featured in only 13 matches and he has been a starter on six occasions only this season.

Right now he is hoping for permanent signup with Alcorcón when the season comes to an end but at the end of the day, it all depends on his hard work and also proofing to the coach he belongs here and must stay.
