Arsenal head coach Arteta was charged of been ‘dishonest' by Mesut Ozil's agent due to the way his client was treated. Not too long Mikel Arteta hit back at the charge.

Mesut Ozil who was been paid 350,000 euros per week was not included in the 25 man squad in the premier league neither the Europa league and will not have the chance to play until January.

Dr Ekut sogut , Ozil's agent inaugurate a solid defense of his client and complained against the unfair treatment he is getting.

The ongoing clashing of words has now continued with Arteta saying he had remained ‘honest’ over the reasons behind Ozil enforced absence.

Before the gunners played Leicester on Sunday Mikel Arteta said via the mirror: ‘if you have to lead, they have to trust you, you have to be honest' you have to be clear and you have to be able to tell people, face to face, the good or the bad news'.

‘Then you have to be consistent in what you say, the demands you put in and what you apply'.

‘When things happen you applaud them and then when they don’t, there are consequences. Then you create a culture and within that culture people have to be accountable.

‘People have to step up and they have to demand the standards we need of each other from this football club in order to be successful'.

Ozil's agent criticism caused Arteta to say that he has ‘failed’ to make sure each player is at their best.
