You might know about the third season syndrome of Manchester United's manager Jose Mourinho. If you haven't, he has never survived more than three seasons in his managerial career. And with the poor form of United, tension between management and the players, the problems with club's best player and many more, Mourinho is certain to exist from Old Trafford. With the end of 7 matches, United sits on the 10th position in the table with 10 points, the worse start of Manchester United in PL history. They are 9 points behind the leader City and are out of Carabao Cup losing to Lampard's Derby County. With all going around, there are already many rumors that Mourinho will be sacked.
Mourinho spent 380 million in his tenure at Manchester United to sign all these superstars but all United got at the end of the day against Westham were the statue playing the football. No passion, no teamwork nor any tactics, the Manchester United team looked like a joke and the players looked like playing for the first time together. Added to that, the best defender Baily was kept on the bench, while McTominay got the defensive duties.
Westham convincingly defeated Manchester United by 3-1 to put more pressure on Mourinho. Paul Pogba started despite losing captaincy and the problems with managers. It just took 5 minutes for the Westham to take the load as new signing Anderson score his first goal. To add the misery, Yarmolenko shot was deflected off Lindelof for the 2 goal lead before the half-time. In the second half, United pulled back a goal via Rashford as soon as Pogba was substituted to bring down the margin. But it lasted just 3 minutes as Arnautovic pulled the third goal for the Westham to provide the victory of biggest margin against United in 36 years.
There is not any individual player to blame here from United, the whole team is lacking confidence and are at their worse. This match against Westham would go as one of the poorest performance by United, and there had been series of it recently. Here is the player's ranking for United:

Is Mourinho getting sacked anytime soon?
I won't be surprised if Mourinho gets sacked but Glazer family is not known for it. They had always been patience about the sacking managers. They waited for long till the planes were flown at Old Trafford to get rid of David Moyes. Same goes to Louis van Gaal who was rumored to get sacked around December of 2015 but he survived till the end of the season. Now for Mourinho, will they give him some more time or will we see him getting out pretty soon? From the rumors, Zidane is the favorite to replace Mourinho.
