Chelsea Fc is known to be a very consistent team in England. A team where being a manager could mean being able to handle a lot of burden slightly more than any other team in England as their mode of operation is not controlled by 20 man board-squad.

The blues won their last EPL title under their former coach Antonio Conte during the manager's first year in handling the job at Stamford Bridge. He's known to be a disciplined coach, and of course some players don't like him for that. But that's less concern for a man that won them EPL title in his first year along with Chelsea's sixth English title and of course, the following season won them their eighth FA Cup.

Chelsea controversially kicked out Antonio Conte even before his contract was concluded. It was a such a shock to see a man that won the EPL for his team in his first season of handling the job got sacked, after giving them what a lot of other teams have spent years waiting to have. Well, though there's a rumour that Conte was accused of sending a message which might have breached the terms and agreement of the club, so much for a club that's never reached even the second position ever since then.

Well, that shows how do-or-die kind of pressure that's on current Chelsea manger. Personally if you ask me, I'd say considering the huge amount that was spent on signing a lot of players to Chelsea this season, it's wise to expect that not adding any title to Chelsea's trophy gallery could really mean a lot of troubles for the coach. Chlesea is known more than any other team in England for terminating contracts as that has been their Modus Operandi. Such is likely or expected to happen, if Lampard fails to bring home something very soon. How many season grace he have, we don't know. But if he's lucky, it won't be more than two.
