I also understand that you are trying to build a team that will have power on every other team in terms of ball possession with your SarriBall style of play..
Maybe you also need me to remind you that your honeymoon has really come to an end in the league long time ago and the club need you to be making things right now, Chelsea is a winning team and not an entertaining team your are trying to turn the club to and if you don't know, let me remind you of the club anthem

I was happy when the club secured your services and I really love your philosophy of the game but it is just a pity that you don't have a good plan B, this SarriBall tactics will not take us to anyway in the league and if you didn't agree with me, go and ask Arsenal fans about Arsene pattern.

Jose Mourinho was welcomed back to the club and he won the league before things started going against him and was fired, Antonio Conte succeeded him and also won the league in his first season, yet, he was fire as well when he failed to manage the big boys at the club. Now you should know that Chelsea is not the club you come to and flop and still expect the board to go along with you. If those managers can win trophy and still get fired, you should know you're now on a hot sit.

You said this group of players is hard to motivate, then, it shows you are not competent enough to handle the job because as it stand now, it will be very difficult for the board to get you all your players in Napoli who really understand your SarriBall tactics. You brought Jorginho, a player who understand SarriBall tactics but he has failed to register one assist in the league.
If you still want your job as a Chelsea manager, you need to try another pattern of play, maybe 4-2-3-1 formation will save your job this time. Allow Kante to partner Jorginho in the midfield and Hazard, Barkley and Pedro/ Hudson in front of them while Higuain play upfront. Barkley is a player who always have eyes on goal and Kante in the DM will protect the CB and allow Jorginho to have freedom.
One thing I have come to understand now is that no striker will deliver with this SarriBall tactics and we can see that in the match against Bournemouth, Higuain in that match failed to register a shot in the first half and was caught twice in the offside. It is not a crime to lose against club like Bournemouth but it is a crime to lose with that kind of margin. In fact, that has happened to the club last in the past 23 years 1996 to be precise against Liverpool.
Even if you can't win any major trophy for us this season, you have to qualify us for the champions league because we are tired of playing in the Europa league. Help us "Keep The Blue Flag Flying Higher."
