Life is really full of drama, crazy ones. Many at times, we don't really deserve what life has to offer us but we only have two choices to make; is either we accept it or we change it. Nuno Pinto bursted into cries when he heard that is the end to his playing career.

Nuno Miguel Sousa Pinto is a Portuguese professional footballer who plays from the left back, he started his football career at Vilanovense between 1994-1997 before joining Boavista FC youth and spend most of his time on loan in the second division of the league. He later return to Boavista where he started his senior career and between 2005 to 2015, he has play for 8 different clubs. Currently, he plays for Vitória Setúbal.

The 32 years old has see the end of his playing career after been diagnosed with cancer, it was confirm in a news conference with the management of the club together with his team mate and his manager. Nuno Pinto can't control his feelings as he broke down in tears. He was diagnosis with the kind of cancer called lymphoma.

It is the type of cancer disease that causes damage to the white blood cell in the body (lymphocytes) a cell that help the body to fight against any form of disease and serve as a soldier to combat any disease.

The fans of Vitória Setúbal FC paid their tribute to him on Tuesday when the team play against Braga in the 21st minutes of the encounter. He also reveal on his Facebook page thanking everyone for their immense support. He says and i quote:

A thank you from the bottom of the heart and remember that health is the only thing we don't control.
This is an example for everyone... together to the end and this game is the most important of my life but the result will be only one - victory

I really love the fact that the club, fans and everybody around him has promised him their support. I hope he respond to treatment. He is blessed with two kids in his marriage.
