TFF President announced that the match of the A National Team in the 2022 World Cup qualifying group, which was announced to be played with the Netherlands on March 24 at Türk Telekom Stadium, could be taken to the Atatürk Olympic Stadium.

Stating that the field situation at Türk Telekom Stadium is not very good, Nihat Özdemir said;

"We wanted our most important match, the Netherlands match, which is the first match of the 2022 World Cup qualifying groups; we wanted to play in Galatasaray's Telekom Stadium. But unfortunately, as we saw in the last game, I believe that the drainage of this field is not good.

If the drain was good, this field would not have turned into this. Now, our teacher Şenol Güneş is thinking about whether we should play this match there or not and he will make a decision accordingly. We can carry the Dutch match to the Olympic Stadium, "he said.
