Ole is committed to the club. He has got the passion and the positive mindset that which money can't buy. He did what big name coach couldn't do or bring into their dressing room. He deserves fans accolade and deserves to sit as a manager. Kudos to Ole and long live Man U. The man deserves more than that. I don't know about you guys but with ole Manchester Utd has been rising constantly.

The man is in good control of the dressing room the players are responding well to his philosophy, moreover he is a proper Man United man, understands the club very well, since Sir Alex left he is the only manager who has achieved 10 straight wins so why not the man hasn't put a foot wrong why would they change him and replace him with who, who has done what at Manchester United.

But not Ole he has just found his feet from the get go it would be a sin to let him go simply because he is not a big name coach. I love him as a player and manager both, he has given so many good memories as a player and now as a Manager to the fans. Solskjaer has won matches, restored sanity and clearly understand the philosophy of Manchester United FC.

He is not controversial and ticks every box and also unbeaten. He made the players believe that hard work and coordination can accomplish anything. He has amazing ability to actually analyze the opposition what a legend. I’ve never seen Mourinho doing something like this in every game, we can spot Solskjaer observing the opponents. A successful leader is one who's wise enough to serve as a subordinate to the subordinates in other to get the best out of them while he achieves results. Humility earns Ole all this great achievement in little time that other Manager will take almost a decade to attain.
