On 1 February, Davide Moscardelli turned 38. He is the most famous beard in Italy, and made of it a brand(as well as a line of t-shirts). The Italian-Belgian only appeared in the Serie A at the age of 30, dressing up the jerseys of Chievo Verona and Bologna, but giving fans tricks and plays unexpected for a boy of 185 cm per 80 kg. Now he plays in Serie C at Arezzo and in honor of his beard we have drawn up a Top 11 of the most beautiful beards that have walked on the football fields.

Djibril Cissé: French striker with a winning past at Liverpool and a quick past at Lazio, currently playing in Switzerland at Yverdon. He's always shown off eccentric looks with blonde beards which could make Abel Xavier envious.
