In Europeans Football Competition some player has already taken a good lead for European Golden Shoe race 2018-19. Last year FC Barcelona star Lionel Messi won the European Golden Shoe award, scoring 34 goals. That was his 5th golden boot title. This season the top scorers across Europe are:
1. Kylian Mbappe
The French World Cup Winner has already netted 11 goals this season. He is on the top of the Europe Top Scorer list with 11 goals. In last month he got four goals playing just 13 minutes against Lyon, where PSG beat Lyon by 5-0. PSG has won all the matches in League 1 this season and is on the top of the table.
2. Emiliano Salah
Emiliano Salah, another player from French League in Europe Top Goal Scorer List. He has scored 11 goals for FC Nantes this season. His team Nantes are on the 10th position with 16 points this season.
3. Neymar
The Brazillian star player is in the third position with ten goals this season. He started this season with a minor foot injury but made a strong comeback scoring ten goals. His team PSG are already in a strong position in league 1 with 100% win record.
4. Luka Jovic
The Serbian youngster has scored nine goals for Frankfurt this season. Last month against Duesseldorf he scored five goals and became the only player to do so in Bundesliga. He is on the top of Bundesliga Top Scorers List.
5. Lionel Messi
Despite of injury FC Barcelona star Lionel Messi has scored nine goals this season. He is in the top of La Liga goalscorer list this season. After returning from injury he scored twice for FC Barcelona against Real Betis, but FC Barcelona faced 3-4 defeat against Betis.
