Myanmar, India and Nepal has qualified for the second round of Olympic women football qualifier from the Group C. Myanmar finished the tournament as the ground winner with seven points in three games, India as ground runner-up with four points got the direct qualification. The best two teams in third position also got qualification to next stage and Nepal became lucky team and qualified for the next stage.
Nepali women's football team were participating in the olympic qualifier for the first time in history. Only few people expected to see Nepal in the next round but Nepal has qualified to next round remains undefeated in the tournament. In all three games Nepal played 1-1 draw, and they take lead in every game but conceded later.
From this qualifier tournament, top two teams from each group and best two third ranked teams also got qualified for the next round. The qualified teams to the next rounds are

- Palestine/Maldives
The match between Maldives and Palestine is yet to be played. The winner of this match will also qualify for the next round. These qualified 10 teams, Uzbekistan and Vietnam will play the next stage of this competition. That tournament is scheduled to start from April 2019 and the teams will be divided into the three groups. The group winners will qualify for the next stage and they will play with Australia, China, South Korea, North Korea and Thailand. Only top two teams will qualify for the Tokyo Olympics.
