Leaders of Football Association of Serbia appointed ex famous referee Srdjan Obradović for person who delegate referees in "Eastern region". President of referee organisation of "East Serbia" Ninoslav Spasić made this great proposal and executive chairman Novica Toncev gave his approval on this. All would be ok if this referee did not get arrested for crimes during football game Spartak - Radnicki Nis. He was in jail 30 days and case is not closed by now. He brutally plundered Radnicki Nis in that game and gave Spartak win worth European competition. It was last week of competition. Here you can see his glorious penalty for Spartak in that infamous game which happen few years ago which lead to his arrest soon after:

If you can find out reason for penalty here please write, because I can't see it. He became also observer in second Serbian league called "Prva Liga Srbije". He is the man who will evaluate how referees do their job on this level! It looks like deeply corrupted people who run Football Association of Serbia completely lost compass or think they can do whatever they want. Well done chief of referee organisation MIlan Karadžić! LoL :) Now you can imagine what referees are going to do when this kind of man is evaluating them. I would really like to hear "Have your say" from UEFA about this case.

How can it be that this form of life under ongoing investigation with clear evidence against him who give such penalties can work anything in football after this ? Who returned him in football and from which dark reasons ? Answer is simple. They have him in hands, he is good source for blackmails who will do whatever upper stuff or "big boys" wants. If some game end like they don't want referee will be guilty and he is going to give him bad rating. Such things make football here stinks and they should not wonder when they see attendance like 300-400 people on every game. The best thing is that Obradović will be new colleague of observer Zdravko Savić who gave him bad rate for that game and who is one witness for prosecution in this penalty case. LOL :) Maybe it was deal like this we appointed you and you will do whatever we want and witness will forget what happened. :)

I think it is really end time for UEFA to take some serious measures against this I would dare to say criminal organisation. At least what they can do is not give this corrupted organisation any founds from UEFA.
