We just can't stop seeing something bizzare in the world of football. Just when you think you've heard something ridiculous, another one comes up. Few weeks ago, I wrote a post about a player who was caught with juju on the pitch and now, it's a footballer caught walking unclad before a match. Yeah you heard it right! A footballer walking unclad

In case you don't know what juju is, it's an object of any kind that is used as a charm to bring good luck, fortune or outstanding performance. People use juju for either scam or prosperity purpose. It's not a thing that is limited to football but to other areas of life.

During a match between Chembesh FC and Mighty Mufulira on Sunday, a footballer was caught in the opponent's dressing room walking unclad and this resulted into a side show. Pandemonium ensued after alarm was raised and the opponent fans mobbed the player before he was handed over to the police. This is something I find laughable and I know you will too 😁 According to club supporters, the act is related to some kind of juju which has been happening in the African football. The incident was captured and the video clips has been posted online and was sent to me by my friend.

The pictures are not so clear and I hope you will see it

Superstitions are very common in African football, especially local leagues and the players are no exception to this rule. We've heard of wild routines/practices especially before, during or after the game are as much as a part of playing the game itself. There have been many instances of players relying on juju or God help to help them score a goal or their team come out victories. Although, I know this is very common with African leagues but I know that it also happens in some climes too. At least I've heard of former Italy coach Giovanni Trappatoni, who was caught sprinkling holy water on the playing field before a match

Zambians are very diabolic in nature especially when it comes to football. I can vividly remember when they came to Nigeria for Russia 2019 World Cup qualifier. They refused to eat our food or the hotel we paid for them to lodge but they rather came with their own food because they came with ill-convinced mentality Nigerians will use juju to win the match.

Ridiculous things are really happening in football

What do you think about this disgusting thing?
