Hello Scorum Fans! Today I present to you Episode 32 of NBA Highlights, and for today's Episode, we will have a short recap of Game 5 of the playoffs match between the Philadelphia 76ers VS the Brooklyn Nets where the Sixers defeated the Nets, 122-100 on Tuesday Night.
The Sixers are now moving to the second round to face the Toronto Raptors. It's interesting to see a scenario like this or is it just coincidence, the Sixers eliminate the Nets in Game 5 after losing their opener at home. They won the next four games. The Toronto Raptors also did exactly the same thing. Well, anyway, they will face each other next and it will be more interesting this time.
The Sixers dominated Game 5. They started 14-0 to start the game and the shocked the Nets with their dominance. Then, the lead grows bigger and extend it to 20-2. Embiid flashes a dunk and electrifies the crowd as he bumped his chest and show his energy to the fans of one of the loudest arenas in the playoffs. The game looks finished in the first quarter alone. The Nets couldn't fight back and Simmons doesn't need to play heavy minutes as well as Embiid.
The Nets did a great job this season. It shows that they are moving forward going to the right direction. This is their first playoff appearance since 2015 and it's a good sign. Now, let's take a look at some NBA Highlights from Game 5. Enjoy!
