Hey Guys! This is Episode 8 of NBA Highlights and today, let's take a look back at the 2006 Finals where Dwyane Wade and the Miami Heat took home the Larry O'Brien trophy winning the Championship against Dirk Nowitzki and the Dallas Mavericks. Wade also took home the Finals MVP and with no doubt, D-Wade deserves the award as he dominated the whole series coming back from a 2-0 deficit to win it all in Game 6. Everybody thought that Dallas will win it after a 2-0 lead but Wade and company did not surrender, they won 4 straight and D-Wade made a mark in NBA history as I saw him as the third best shooting guard of all-time behind Kobe Bryant and Michael Jordan.

Many kids nowadays only knows Wade when he was with LeBron and Bosh in Miami and most of them didn't witness how D-Wade almost single-handedly carried the Heat and win the championship in 2006. And what was so amazing about this championship is D-Wade's age. He was so young and only in his third year in the NBA when he carried this team. He had Shaq beside him and Shaq was still a dominant center at that time but it's truly D-Wade who delivers big games and big shots to win the Finals series. Now, Let's take a look back at the highlights of the 2006 NBA Finals. Enjoy!
