What's up basketball fans! I am here again @dwin0603 to give you another exciting basketball discussion for another episode of NBA Talk, and today we will have a short recap of the match between the Golden State Warriors VS Los Angeles Clippers in Game 6 of their best of 7 playoff series. Let's start!

The Warriors finally ended the series beating the Clippers, 129-110 by a blow out with Kevin Durant's 50 points and will now advance to the Semi-finals to face the Houston Rockets.

Game Recap

The Warriors won three championships in 4 years playing dominantly in the league with 4 all-stars on their roster which makes them almost unbeatable but what the Clippers show was a heart and hunger that can make miracles. It needed 6 games for the Warriors to eliminate a team who don't even have a single all-star in their roster. The Clippers surprise the world by stealing two wins from the Warriors. But, in the end, the monsters inside Golden State woke up and shown the Clippers why they won 3 championships.

This game was easy for the Warriors. They win the game easily despite the good performance by the Clippers in the first quarter of the game. They build some lead at some point but it didn't last and the monster inside Durant shows up to dominate the game and end Clippers' season. Durant is starting to become a major problem for any team who's on their way so Houston should be getting ready now on how to handle Kevin Durant. This will be a hell of a match for the Rockets as they face the best team in the NBA. James Harden will probably be the MVP but alone, he cannot beat the Warriors. Chris Paul would be much of a help but still not enough in my opinion. They can win some games in their series but winning 4 is almost impossible.

Warriors defense was a major flaw in their series against the Clippers. Their weak defense was exposed in this series and Houston should've made a move to scout it and make some game plans that can take advantage of the Warriors' defense. In the two losses they suffered in this series, the Clippers were able to match their intensity and energy or even surpassed it especially on the defensive end of the floor but here in game 6, Kevin Durant was unstoppable. He is in the zone so no matter how good Clippers' defense was, they still couldn't stop a locked and loaded Kevin Durant who is eager to finish it tonight.

My Thoughts

I still believe that the Warriors will win the championship this season. No matter who they face in the finals, they will still dominate and win it. I also believe that Kevin Durant will go to New York after winning the championship this season and that will be the start of a great story of one of the best players to ever play the game. From there, he can fix his legacy and be loved by people again just like when he was in OKC.

For the Clippers, it was a well-deserved season for them. Everybody should appreciate what they did this season. From getting a playoff spot to beating the Warriors 2 games out of 6. It was very impressive. Congratulations to Coach Doc Rivers and the whole organization. It was a job well done and they should all be proud on what they achieved this season.
