What's up basketball fans! I am here again @dwin0603 to give you another exciting basketball discussion for another episode of NBA Talk, and today we will talk about the Anthony Davis trade rumors and the possibility that he will be traded to the Phoenix Suns.

Now that the New Orleans Pelicans won the draft lottery and will have the chance to select Zion Williamson using their first overall pick, they wanted to keep Anthony Davis despite his desire to be traded. They wanted to pair AD and Zion Williamson to have a chance to make the Pelicans a winning team again. The duo of AD and Zion can surely bring them at least to the playoffs with Jrue Holiday on the backcourt. New Pelicans Vice president David Griffin wanted to make sure that AD will stay and play for them next season.

But despite all of that, looks like AD's decision is final and couldn't be changed no matter what they say. So, they have no other options but to ship him to other teams that can give them the same value AD has. It should be a couple of young stars or a proven all-star plus draft picks. Some big market teams are showing interest to the all-star forward and some of them will go all-in to get him. But, aside from the big market teams, one franchise is showing interest in AD and they can give a huge package that the Pelicans can consider.

I'm talking about the Phoenix Suns. I think the Suns have enough assets to trade for AD even though the Boston Celtics can give the Pelicans Jayson Tatum. The Los Angeles Lakers also have good trade assets in Lonzo Ball and Brandon Ingram plus the 4th pick but I believe that the Suns can match those two teams' offers.

Look at this, the Phoenix Suns can offer young center DeAndre Ayton and young forward Josh Jackson then add TJ Warren and the 6th overall pick that they get in the draft lottery. They can also add Tyler Johnson as a salary cap reliever. That offer could make the Pelicans say yes but in my opinion, that is too much to offer for AD. Ayton will surely be a superstar in the future and Jackson has a lot of potentials. Warren already showed as that he can ball and Johnson is a great role player. This can be a blockbuster trade that can happen in the summer. Let's see if the Suns pull this trade on.

That is all for today folks! I would be glad to hear your thoughts about this article, so drop your comments now and let's have some basketball talk! :)
