After an emotional exit from the Toronto Raptors, all-star guard DeMar DeRozan is now doing great with the San Antonio Spurs. DeRozan was traded to the Spurs for Kawhi Leonard who wins a championship there. While DeRozan had an early playoffs exit last season with the Spurs.
And now that LaMarcus Aldridge is approaching father time and Coach Greg Popovich is nearing retirement, the San Antonio Spurs could also start rebuilding now. And in the rebuilding process, the Spurs can use DeMar DeRozan as a trade asset to gain some youth and get ready for the future.
And as a matter of fact, the Spurs are considering trading DeRozan and started listening to some offers and inquiries for the all-star guard. The Chicago Bulls, Detroit Pistons and the Orlando Magic are the three teams that are showing interest in DeRozan. DeMar is just entering his prime and he's a superstar caliber player. The Spurs could surely get a lot if they let DeRozan go. Let's see if the Spurs will trade him.
