What a high intensity, very tightly contested match that happened before between the Denver Nuggets and the Brooklyn Nets showing another classic to remember during the 2018-2019 regular season. The Denver Nuggets were in red hot form with a record of 9 wins and 2 losses demonstrating a very good start to the season. The Brooklyn Nets had a very rough start to the season but clinching this big win against one of the top seeds of the Western Conference has continued the Nets win streak to 3 in a row and improved their record to 6-6.

Caris LeVert was the man of the moment providing the finishing touch with a buzzer beater floater against the Denver Nuggets putting his team up 112-110 giving the Nets their third win in a row. The Nets small forward showed great composure hitting the final shot whilst posting a stat line of 17 points (6-14 FG), 2 rebounds, 5 assists, and 1 steal. D'Angelo Russell had a very big game dropping a total of 23 points (7-14 FG), 4 rebounds, 5 assists, and 2 steals aiding the Brooklyn Nets in getting the victory with a clutch bank 3 down the stretch in the fourth quarter to help get the Nets over the line. Below are highlights of the game in case you missed it :)

Nikola Jovic was the most dominant player in the game earlier today adding to his list of high scoring games for the season whilst making his presence known on all ends of the court. The big man posted a stat line of 37 points (14-22 FG), 21 rebounds, 3 assists, 1 steal, and 2 blocks demonstrating a ridiculous performance for a 4th year player and showing signs that his is going to be a force that will be need attention to deal with. The Denver Nuggets have been in very good from this season out of nowhere and it is good to see that the young big man is leading the charge. I was very impressed with the big man from the Denver Nuggets and hope he can continue this level of game play so he can be in the running for the league MVP.

The Brooklyn Nets next match up with the Golden State Warriors to just suffered a massive loss to the Milwaukee Bucks. The Denver Nuggets will next face the Milwaukee Bucks which will show to be a great contest been two powerhouses from each conference. Thanks for reading and leave a comment!

Do you think the Brooklyn Nets can make it 4 in a row? Will Denver beat the Warriors to claim dominance in the West?
