Well, if Bears fans don't have something to be excited about now, then I don't know what else needs to be done. Signing the number one rated defenseman in the NFL is quite the accomplishment. Yes, they had to give away a bunch of high picks in the draft, however what I love about this move is that DA BEARS are looking at making things happen NOW. . Not next year, not the following year. . .This year!
Six year, $141 million is the largest ever for a defensive player and quite frankly I cannot believe this beast of an individual will be wearing a Bears uniform.
Vegas sure liked the deal. When word broke out that DA BEARS were in talks with Khalil their Super Bowl odds more than doubled, going from 100-1 to 40-1. We'll see what happens. Huge smile on Rawdawg's face the last couple of days. . .This season just may turn out more interesting than I thought.
