Ever since I made my introductory post, I’ve been around without posting. This is due to the fact that as a lady, I’m not really inclined to sports, and I’ve never thought of blogging about sports. Imagine doing what you’ve never had interest in.
DO I ACTUALLY HATE SPORTS?
I so hated gambling/betting because it has so ruined my brother’s life in a way that one can’t really explain. Each time he sits to watch sports; he must be doing calculations of which team to bet for, the fixtures to take and all of that. Every time he’s out to bet9ja center to spend his money betting without any reasonable win.
I also hated sports because of the level of fight I do see fans of different clubs engaged in. when a match is played, fans around my neighborhood would gather, bet each other of the team to win, when one finally wins, fight must be involved. And my question at times to them used to be “Why fight and wound yourselves when the players are enjoying the huge rewards?”. All these contributed to why I hated sports. But a close look at it has it that I didn’t actually hate sports, it’s just attitude of the fans of sports around me that I didn’t like, and moreover, sport doesn’t mean soccer alone.
It is after a while that I came to realize that even the fitness walk, swimming, exercise, etc., I do engage in are all sporting activities. This greatest discovery was made here in the past few days that I went through people’s post just to see whether there’s any niche that could favour me. However, I discovered I could make use of INNOVATIONS and FITNESS niches, to make my contributions to scorum and to the community at large.
MY STRATEGIES HENCEFORTH!
I will henceforth make use of INNOVATIONS niche to share my views on how I would love scorum to be in the next few months, the additions I would really appreciate, what should be modified and so on. There are various achievement that steemit has got that I’d love scorum to borrow a lift from, as well as the path which has lead steemit to a downfall that I’d want scorum to avoid. All these, I’d do on week days, starting from next week.
Moreover, I will make sure that I outline various fitness exercises available, and their benefits to human body. This would take place every weekend.

DIFFERENT FITNESS EXERCISES AVAILABLE FOR YOUR WELL-BEING
FITNESS EXERCISE FALLS INTO TWO BASIC CATEGORIES
These categories are:
• Aerobic
• Muscle-strengthening
AEROBIC EXERCISE
Aerobic exercise has as examples; dancing, cycling, swimming, jogging, playing of basketball, etc. These kinds of exercise make you breathe harder and your heart in turn beats faster, as a result, increases your heart and lung fitness.
MUSCLE-STRENGTHENING EXERCISE
Muscle-strengthening exercise includes; push-ups, pull ups, sit ups and squats, working with resistance band and weight training, increase bone strength and muscular fitness. This also include activities that work all the major muscle groups of your body, such as, the legs, hips, back, chest, abdomen, shoulders and arms.
Muscle-strengthening exercise is subdivided into:
• Strength exercises
• Balance exercises
• Flexibility exercises
BALANCE EXERCISE
Balance exercises include: standing on one foot, Heel-to-toe walk, Tai Chi, etc.
STRENGTH EXERCISE
These include: lifting weights, using a resistance band, using your own body weight etc.
FLEXIBILITY EXERCISE
Flexibility exercises include: shoulder and upper arm stretch, calf stretch, yoga, etc.
