If there is one recipe I love to make that is perfect for watching sports whether it is by yourself or with a group of friends and family members, it is Tot Chos. You may or may not have heard of these, I sure hadn't until I was introduced to them here in Arizona. There is a restaurant chain called, "Cold Beer and Cheeseburgers" here in the Phoenix valley. It is pretty much like a sports bar, where you can go and watch the games that are playing and eat great food, and of course drink beer if you want. I am not a drinker, but I also get their Tot Chos! How can you go wrong with tater tots, gravy, cheese, bacon, and green onion? Well the simple answer is, you can't!
