Hello everyone, today I want to introduce a new challenge regarding poker: turning 2000 euros into 10000 euros by the end of the year playing multi-table tournaments on pokerstars.es. I'm a poker player since I was 18 and I did it semi-professionally for about 5 years, playing around 3000 sit-and-go a month. Now this game mode has bothered me, I do not find them anymore stimulating and I want to throw myself into the challenging adventure called MTT.
I want to do it here on Scorum because I think it may interest some of you and you can learn something from my adventure. I participated to many discussions in the best poker forums of the world: twoplustwo and the italian continuationbet and I have always found as the most interesting posts that ones talking about poker blogs. Reading the adventures, the difficulties, the analysis of hands, the bad moments, living the climbs of the players I read is something that has always given me many incentives to improve myself and to continue with poker. I hope this blog can give you the same feelings that those blogs gave me.
Not only do I want to blogging about this new challenge, this new adventure, but I want that you will live it with me. I have planned to stream every night I play to share with you my joys and my frustrations, my play, my thinking process but above all to compare with you, know your opinion on a particular hand, what do you think of poker in general, if you like my streaming and how to improve it and a lot of things yet.
I'm starting with a bankroll of 2000 euros and I will not put more, if I lose it means that I will not be ready psychologically or technically to play with profit mtt. I was lucky because I started playing about a month ago and after 10 days in which I lost the impossible, I went in a final table at a Microseries Hercules event finishing sixth and collecting 2500 euros [I lose with QQ vs A4s in a pot that would bring me top 3, that guy finished 1st for 10.500 euros].
The challenge will start tonight and I will try to update the blog here on scorum AT LEAST once a week, if not more. If you want to follow me in streaming I will be streaming from 20.30 on Twitch.
