For the Last couple of weeks, it has been one form of crypto endorsements or the other from different governments and entities. In my last post, i wrote about the fact that the banks in Belarus have been given the go ahead to provide services to clients who proffer cryptocurrencies as a form of payment.
.
Well, that news was simply nothing compared to the news coming out of China. I am sure it is no news that the Chinese government have given more than a node for its citizens to do cryptocurrencies, in fact the government itself is going into developing her own crypto. To make it the more interesting, the Chinese government have been understudying crypcurrency since early 2014. For the government to come out at this point in time to lift its ban on cryptos, that means the study has come out with positive flying colors. This pleasant news so far have made the local Chinese cryptocurrencies to rise in value and popularity. Not only that, even the almighty bitcoin went from 7,500 to 10,500 USD for a brief spell.
.
The Chinese and the Belarusian governments are not the only ones endorsing cryptos, as if on cue, the South Korean government also is embracing cryptocurrency. Stories has it that the government had set up a presidential committee just like its Chinese counterpart. The committee has come out with a result that is pushing for the establishing legal status for cryptocurrencies in other to remain relevant and competitive on global scale.
.
No doubt the various recommendations have effected the over 3000 cryptocurrencies positively and has put to eternal silence the people who criticise and consider cryptocurrencies as some Ponzi Schemes about to do away with people's money.
.
How this trend is going to last is dependent upon the masses out there. As for the Chinese government and its counterparts, they have succeeded in raising awareness and assuaging the fears of their citizens such that there was a massive influx into google for the search of cryptocurrencies.
.
I will keep my eyes keenly on cryptos from these countries if i were you. Already, there are a few who are performing positively at the top of the exchanges beyond bitcoin at the moment. Investing in some of them wouldn't be a bad idea.
