They have a transfer budget to work on, players to sell, and players to go out on loan. You now see different transfer rumours out there. The rumours and speculations are already on. Bayern Munich are looking to get Juventus Dybala for around 80million while Arsenal misfit Wellbeck is courting interest from Lazio.
