At a FIFA World Cup that is becoming the reason behind many raised eyebrows with every match day - mainly due to the fall of giants, Brazil and Belgium are among the heavyweights that have managed to hold tight in the whirlpool and will clash in a blockbuster quarter-final in Kazan on today.
