Not a good day for Nepal and Nepalese fan as we suffered yet another defeat. We were recently out of Asia qualifier in Cricket and we had big hopes here in football. But the misery and poor performance of Nepalese team continues. Nepal suffered the defeat in its opening match of SAFF Championship with scoreline of 1-2.
For Pakistan, Hassan Bashir scored the penalty to provide the lead. Bimal Gharti Magar equalized for Nepal in 82nd minute but Nepal was left heart broken as Mohammad Ali scored in the extra time to provide victory for Pakistan. In other match, Bangladesh won against Bhutan in Group A.
